DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

We use modern software for engineering design, calculus and detailing engineering, which allows us to minimize errors and boost our productivity, efficiency and costs.

Manufacturing

We manufacture of all kinds of metal structures. Our workshop’s installed capacity goes up to 1,500 metric tons each month. We have skilled and certified labor to make armors, joist, girders, and every kind of metal structures.

Assembly

We have the equipment and qualified personnel for the assembly of metallic structures, the installation of sheet in roofs, walls, mezzanines, acrylics, domes, as well as all kinds of accessories with high quality, safety and speed.

To guarantee the quality of our products, we have technicians specialized in visual inspection, ultrasonic, penetrating liquids and magnetic particles tests.

In addition, we rely on external laboratories for non-destructive testing services such as x-rays, ultrasound, penetrating liquids, among others.

We are aware of the strict requirements that the construction industry demands, and the social impact of our effort. That’s why we follow a series of international processes and standards such as:

Structural Design

We provide design and engineering consultancy. We can do budgets for manufacturing any type of structural projects, according to your specifications and needs.

To ensure that both manufacturing and assembly comply with your project specifications, we develop models with cutting-edge software, which allow us to offer high reliability, safety and low costs.

Detail Engineering

With this service we make sure that project specifications, design standards and manufacturing tolerances are correctly applied, to ensure that manufacturing and assembly processes are carried out in the most optimal way. In this process, we use specialized software to guarantee our customers security and reliability.

Manufacturing

Supply and Manufacture of Metal Structures

We have an extensive network of suppliers for both Mexican and International grade steel, which guarantees an extensive range of profiles, quality and prices.

Our Quality Control department guarantees a top quality product. We offer our customers a modern manufacturing workshop, with modern welding and fabrication processes.

Our over 25 years experience allows us to compete in the biggest, most important projects. We have highly specialized and experienced staff to offer our customers the best choice of quality, price and execution time.

The production capacity of the Cano Estructuras workshop goes up to 1,500 metric tons per month, depending on the type of structure. Our shop has the equipment, machinery and skilled labor for its correct execution.

We also have a SJI certified, joist girder dedicated manufacturing workshop located in Juárez, Chihuahua, with a production area of 3,500m2 and with installed capacity to manufacture up to 250 additional tons per week.

Both plants have modern machinery and equipment, as well as qualified personnel to offer you first quality products, with the best time and with the lowest cost.
